Trade

All Customers

Applicability |
These terms of trade shall apply to all contracts for the supply of goods and services ("goods") made with Woodville Mart and the person purchasing the goods. Any amendment or alteration must be agreed in writing. |
Price List |
Our goods price list is as
accurate and as up to date as is possible.
Availability, price or specifications of goods
can change rapidly. We will use reasonable
endeavours to advise you of any changes prior to
shipment. All prices are inclusive of GST (NZ
only).
International Customers will be charged freight and insurance if requested at prices to be set depending on destination and size of the item. |
Availability |
If we cannot forward your order within seven days of receipt we will contact you and advise you of the estimated time of arrival. In these circumstances you will have the option of requesting a full refund. Dates given for shipment or delivery are stated in good faith but are not to be treated as a condition of sale. |
Product quality |
Woodville Mart is concerned with your
satisfaction. All items listed will be in good
condition. Occasionally an item may have some
crazing. Significant crazing or other chips /
cracks / paint flaking will be indicated. If any of the goods are defective or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will compensate or refund as we see appropriate. |
Payment |
No goods will be delivered unless we
receive payment with your order. We will accept
your Visa card, Mastercard, or American Express card. Woodville Mart will not bill your credit
card until your order has
been shipped to you.
Payment by other methods will be by prior arrangement. |
Risk |
The risk in the goods passes to you upon shipment to you from our premises. |
Use |
You agree not to use any goods purchased by Woodville Mart for unlawful purposes. |
Title in the Goods |
Pending cleared payment in full of all moneys due under this contract or in respect of any other moneys owed by you to Woodville Mart the goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of Woodville Mart as legal and equitable owner. Pending cleared payment in full you are in possession of such unpaid goods as bailee for Woodville Mart and must ensure the goods remain readily identifiable as property of Woodville Mart. |
Returns |
If Woodville Mart agrees to accept the return of goods (other than defective goods) it shall be entitled to charge a restocking fee equal to 20% of the invoiced price of the goods returned. |
Cheques |
Where you are paying by personal cheque please legibly write your name, full address, telephone number and an identification number on the back of the cheque. Your cheque will be cleared before the goods are despatched to you. |
